SONIC V2

The V2 was designed with performance and quality in mind. It has good air resistance and braking power, but still allows speed and flexibility thanks to its highly researched design. The suit has a tight cut to reduce the impact of air while still having enough fabric for power and precision. For the last couple of years, this suit has gained its excellence on the highest level of skydiving.

To improve the speed of flight, the shoulders, arms and front of the body up to the knees are made out of Nylon (windproof fabric that allows wind gliding). The fore-arms and legs are made out of Cordura for the brake power. The collar, wrists and ankles are made out of Lycra®, back, crotch and the articulations (elbow, knee) and body sides are made out of a stretch, windproof and resistant fabric frequently referred to as ‘’Windstopper’’. This material allows complete flexibility for the skydiver while it’s a tight and resistant suit. The zip is windproof, the inside pocket is added for practical purposes.

Keep your shoes on. Stand with your feet in shoulder width. Measure from the top of the hip bone along the side of your down to the floor.

M1a - Outside Leg to Knee (cm)

Measure from the top of the hip bone along the side of your. Down to hight of the center of the kneecap.

M2 - Inside Leg (cm)

Stand straight. Hold the end of the measuring tape to your crotch and measure down to the floor. Feet in sholder width.

M2a - Inside Leg to Knee (cm)

Stand straight. Hold the end of the measuring tape to your crotch and measure along the inside of your leg to the hight of your knee cap.

M3 - Thigh (cm)

Measure around the thingh at the widest point (make sure your pockets are empty). This is a precise measurement and should be taken just below the crotch.

M3a - Knee (cm)

Keep your leg bent like in M3 and measure comfortably around the knee at the widest point

M4 - Seat (cm)

Measure around the widest point of your bum. Make sur your pockets are empty when measuring.

M5 - Waist (cm)

Measure horizontally around your waist, the smallest circumference of your belly (normally at the height of the belly button)

M6 - Chest (cm)

Place the measure tape horizontally around the chest at nipple hight (under the armpits). Take a deep breath and then take the measurement.

M7 - Body Length (cm)

Stand straight and measure vertically from your shoulder (t-shirt collar) to the top of the hip bone.

M8 - Around all Body (cm)

Measure vertically from the hole of your throat, passing the measuring tape along your chest, your belly, then between your legs and go back up along your spine (following the curvature of your arch) and stop at the first cervical (collar). This measurement is extremely important to ensure a good fit.

M9 - Neck (cm)

Measure around your neck at the level of your shirt collar, crossing the end of the tape in a V shape like in the picture.

M10 - Arm Length (cm)

Arm straight on the side parallel to the floor. Measure from the center of the spine to the wrist bone along your arm.

M11 - Arm Length (A-C) (cm)

Same significant points as in M10 (spine and wrist) but bending your sholder and elbow 90° in front of you.

M11a - Arm Length (A-B) (cm)

M11b - Arm Length (B-C) (cm)

Check measurements. Important : (A-B) + (B-C) = (A-C)

M12 - Biceps (cm)

Measure around the largest point of the biceps under tension.

M12a - Elbow (cm)

Measure around the elbow with the arm bent passing. Pass the measuring tape over the elbow bone.

M13 - Wrist (cm)

Measure around the wrist. Measuring tape touching skin.

M14 - Top Length (cm)

Look at the picture and take your measurement the same, using the points to measure the length of your top.
