TONFLY FLEX

Flex is a fully flexible skin tight Suit, super comfortable, powerful and performant. It is a perfect Suit for those looking for an advance Suit model that gives you complete freedom of movement and full elasticity.

Constructed with highest quality materials on the market, and with a skin tight fit. Flex embodies all the Tonfly iconic characteristics and technologies, especially designed for human flight.

The main body is fabricated of Cordura Flex, breathable 2-way stretch material with great power and performance.

We offer te choice of Cordura 500 in the ellbow and knees, which guarantees better abraison resistance properties and greater durability to those areas mostly affected by wear and tear.

It can be configuered in the two versions FLEX S or FLEX I; S for Skydiving, I for indoor flying.

The difference between the two versions is given by the coice of fabric on the back and shoulder panel: in the Skydiving version, the back is entirely built using Diamant Elastic: a wind repellant, 4-way stretch fabric. While the Indoor version, the Diamant Elastic fabric is replaced by the Cordura Flex, a breathable, 2-way stretch material more suitable for indoor flying.

Measure the largest part of the wrist

2 - Elbow (cm)

Measure the largest part of the elbow

3 - Biceps (cm)

Measure the circumference of the center of the biceps in relaxed state

4 - Biceps loaded (cm)

Measure largest point of the biceps when tensed

5 - Shoulder (cm)

Arm relaxed hanging down, measure vertical over shoulder and armpit

6 - Forearm (cm)

Measure from wristbone to center of elbow bone

7 - Full Arm (cm)

Place measuring tape at string around neck, then place it over sholder and elbow to wrist bone. Arm is slightly angled

8 - Neck (cm)

Neck circumference at adams apple hight

9 up - Upper chest (cm, Girls only)

Measure over the top of the breast

9 - Chest (cm)

Measure the largest part of the chest at nipples level

10 - Lower Chest (cm)

Position the measuring tape around the breastbone

11 - Belly (cm)

Around the belly, half way between measure 10 and 12

12 - Waist (cm)

Measure circumference over belly button

13 - Buttocks (cm)

Measure over the widest point of the bum

14 - Groin (cm)

Measure over largest point at groin level

15 - Thigh (cm)

Half way between 14 and 16, hrizontal over thigh muscle

16 - Knee (cm)

Measure over the knee's center

17 - Calf (cm)

Measure over the largest pont of the calf's muscle

18 - Ankle (cm)

Measure circumference just above the ankle bone

19 - Outside Leg (cm)

Make sure the cord is around the waist in belly button hight and completely horizontal. Measure down the leg to the ankle bone.

20 - Inside Leg (cm)

Measure from the highest point of the groin down to the inside ankle bone

21 - Lower Leg (cm)

Bend knee 90º and measure from center of knee to the center of inside ankle bone

22 - Horizontal Back (cm)

Measure the distance in between the 2 armpit points marked in the picture

23 - Vertical Back (cm)

Make sure the cord over the navel is still horizontal and measure up to neck cord. The tape touches the body over the full measuring length

24 - Vertical Chest (cm)

Measure from the hollow space at the base of the neck to the navel.

25 - Between Legs (cm)

Make sure the cord over the navel is still horizontal and measure from the cord at the back to the belly button. Make sure the tape is not slack

26 - Whole Body (cm)

From the hollow spot at the base f the neck, through the crotch and up to the cord at the back of the neck. Make sure the tape touches body along the measuring distance and is not slack

27 - Seated (cm)

Sit on top of a table and make sure the cord over the navel is still horizontal. Keep the back straight. Measure fro cord down to the top of the table.
